TOKYO — Japanese Prime Minister Sanae Takaichi’s cabinet has submitted a bill to the Diet to amend the Immigration Control Act, marking the government’s latest move in its aim to push forward policies aimed at realizing a “society of well-ordered and harmonious coexistence with foreign nationals.”
