– The broth was rich (you can customise this too) and the flavour is just uniquely Ichiran.

– Perfect for introverts. You have your own booth and you can order without directly talking to staff. You can just use the paper provided and also give the mini sign boards.

– You can order via the vending machine prior to entering.

– They have multiple branches in Japan and around the world. You can also buy instant kits so you can make one at home.
