Have you heard the news, readers? On March 26, Super Mario Bros. Wonder – Nintendo Switch 2 Edition + Meetup in Bellabel Park is landing on Switch 2! This means new and returning players will be able to experience more of the wonderfully whimsical world of Super Mario Bros. Wonder. Today, in advance of the game’s release, Nintendo has released a new pair of commercials in Japan and you can check them out in this post.

Now, there’s word that Captain Toad has discovered a new area in the Flower Kingdom called Bellabel Park. There, you’ll be able to play solo or with friends as you work together (or compete) in different courses.

But that’s just the tip of the ice block! Let’s get into more of what you can expect. Here we go!

What is Bellabel Park’s Attraction Central?

Gather your friends and family, because Attraction Central is callin’!

In this multiplayer-focused area, you’ll be able to visit three plazas: Local Multiplayer Plaza and Tour Plaza (both allow up to four players on one system) and Game Room Plaza (for local wireless and online multiplayer fun for up to 12 players).

But let’s say you’re wanting to share the fun with your crew, but they don’t have the game and/or Nintendo Switch 2. Not to worry—GameShare allows you to share your game with up to three other players either in person or online. Yup, even folks with the original Nintendo Switch system!

Check out Toad Brigade Training Camp!

Aim to become an elite member of the Toad Brigade by taking on challenges and obstacles in courses from the main game. Whether you’re looking to improve your own skills or your teamwork, 1-4 players can join challenges and try clearing objectives. Then, as you progress through the main game, you’ll gain access to even more Training Courses.

Rosalina joins the crew (and Luma too!)

Rosalina is headed to the Flower Kingdom! From Elephant Fruit to Bubble Flowers, she’ll be able to use all the same power-up items as Mario and the gang. Rosalina can also use the new Super Flower Pot power-up, which can launch large flowers upwards and extend her jump with a flutter.

Rosalina’s little pal, Co-Star Luma is also joining the fun! While adventuring with two or more players, someone can provide support while playing as Co-Star Luma. This player can fly around the course, spin to defeat enemies, and collect coins. They can even zoom around using Joy-Con™ 2 controller mouse controls.

Try playing as Rosalina and/or Co-Star Luma on your next adventure through the main game or Bellabel Park. Oh—but, what’s this?

Uh-oh…What are the Koopalings up to?

If you answered “trouble,” you’d be correct. Seven Koopalings have suddenly appeared and scattered through each world. Check reports from eyewitnesses, make your way through new boss courses, and face off against these chaos-causing Koopalings.

Assist Mode

Are you a newcomer to these sorts of games? Maybe you just need a helping hand (Koopalings can be quite cunning!)? You can turn the newly added Assist Mode on! While playing the main game, Assist Mode will prevent you from taking any kind of damage—no matter who you play as!

See that pit? Don’t worry about falling into it with Assist Mode on—the Propeller Flower will catch and float you up to safety.

Which version is right for you? This is a great question, reader!

If you already have the Nintendo Switch version of Super Mario Bros. Wonder, you will only need to buy the upgrade pack to access all the new content on your Nintendo Switch 2.

However, if this is your first time exploring the Flower Kingdom, you can get the main game and upgrade pack with Super Mario Bros. Wonder – Nintendo Switch 2 Edition + Meetup in Bellabel Park.
