The Real Japan Nobody Shows 🇯🇵 | Asakusa & Akihabara
Welcome to another exciting Japan travel vlog on Travelling Mantra. In this video, we explore one of the most fascinating cities in the world — Tokyo, Japan.
The day starts with my first breakfast in Tokyo, where I tried a beautiful Sakura-themed Japanese dish, giving a unique taste of Japanese culture and presentation 🌸.
Our next stop is Asakusa Station, one of Tokyo’s most famous traditional districts. Here we visit the iconic Kaminarimon Gate (Thunder Gate), the grand entrance to Senso-ji Temple, one of the oldest Buddhist temples in Tokyo.
From the gate we walk through Nakamise Shopping Street, a historic street filled with traditional Japanese snacks, souvenirs, and local crafts. This street has existed for centuries and is one of the best places to experience Tokyo’s old culture.
During the journey we also see the incredible Tokyo Skytree, one of the tallest towers in the world, standing as a symbol of modern Tokyo. On the way we also pass by Richmond Hotel, located near the Asakusa area.
Next we explore the famous Don Quijote store in Asakusa, a popular Japanese discount store where you can find everything from snacks to electronics.
Later we head towards Ueno Park, one of the most beautiful parks in Tokyo. Here we visit a traditional Shinto Shrine, see the entrance of the famous Ueno Zoo, and explore the peaceful surroundings of the park.
From there we walk through the lively market street Ameya-Yokocho (Ameyoko), known for its street food, local markets, and energetic atmosphere.
Finally we visit the famous Akihabara Electric Town, the global hub of anime, gaming culture, electronics, and otaku lifestyle. Akihabara truly shows the futuristic and technological side of Tokyo.
This vlog shows how Tokyo beautifully blends ancient traditions, temples, shrines, markets, and futuristic technology — all in one incredible city.

Main abhi last week Japan trip karke aaya hun. Japan best country hai to visit with an infant. Meri 5 months ki beti ke saath koi bhi dikkat nahi face karni padi. Itne ache nursing rooms, baby areas hai har jageh. Log itne ache hai itne helpful hai. 5 saal ka visa laga hua hai abhi iske baad 1-2 aur trip lagane hai Japan ke to.
