We kick off our adventure at Tsujita Ginza Ramen, a bustling ramen shop already buzzing with energy and a queue forming outside. Inside, the broth simmers non-stop, filling the air with deep, rich aromas. Their noodles are perfectly crafted, served both in classic style and in their signature, special rich broth. A comforting and flavorful start to the journey.
*TSUKIJI OUTER MARKET*
The next morning, we dive into the colorful world of Tsukiji Outer Market. This legendary food paradise offers everything from freshly grilled seafood and expertly sliced sushi to fluffy Japanese omelets and endless varieties of street food. The atmosphere is lively, chaotic, and absolutely irresistible for any food lover.
*GYOZA BAR NIKU-JIRU TOTSAN SHIBUYA*
For lunch, we head to Gyoza Bar Niku-Jiru Totsan Shibuya, a must-visit for dumpling enthusiasts. Their traditional gyoza are juicy and flavorful, and we also try tender beef tongue and crispy, golden karaage fried chicken. Pure comfort food, Tokyo-style.
*TONKATSU HASEGAWA HIGASHI GINZA*
As evening settles in, we make our way to Tonkatsu Hasegawa Higashi Ginza to taste one of Japan’s most beloved dishes: tonkatsu. Their pork cutlets are fried to perfection— delicious, crunchy, and incredibly tender inside. With different cuts and styles to choose from, every bite is a masterclass in Japanese cooking.
*SWEET BOX CREPES HARAJUKU*
We wrap up our 24-hour food tour in the trendy Harajuku district at SWEET BOX Crepes Harajuku. These iconic Japanese-style crepes come filled with soft ice cream, fruits, and sweet toppings—fun, colorful, and the perfect way to end an amazing day of eating in Tokyo.

    After watching the video for the second time (I always have to watch Alex's videos three times!!!) and paying particular attention to the prices, I have to say that so far, it's cheaper throughout Asia than in Munich. Especially the tonkatsu! A comparable meal here in Munich costs 2-3 times as much. As much as I love my hometown, the food is as expensive as the rent—simply unaffordable!
