$3.6 million in gold donated to Osaka to fix aging water system

KTALnews.com (KTAL/KMSS) – An anonymous donor has given 46 pounds of gold bars, worth an estimated $3.6 million, to the Japanese city of Osaka to help fix its outdated water system.
