Started the evening getting lost in the retro alleys of Noge. Found a legit horumon spot and went to town grilling everything ourselves. That first ice-cold beer and a sour ume highball? Chef’s kiss. 🍻

Walked it off and then immediately ruined that by diving into a bowl of ramen at the new Sumire that just opened up. SO. GOOD.

Then for a total vibe switch, we crossed the river to glittering Minato Mirai. Had to get dessert at Pronto (pancakes AND pudding, because you gotta). Finished the night just watching the boats glide by under the city lights.
