One of our favorite topics has to due with Corvettes that we’ll probably never ever see in person, but that’s okay as they are all part of GM’s World Domination Tour for the C8 Corvette. Over in Japan, Corvette enthusiasts are rejoicing over a new plan for a limited-edition Corvette Z06 coming in 2026!
Chevrolet will be offering the new Corvette Z06 Santorini Edition for the 2026 model year. Limited to just 20 units available in-country, the corvette features a Blade Silver exterior with the new Santorini Blue interior. Available either as a Coupe or Convertible, the Santorini Edition also comes with Blue Painted Brake Calipers, Brembo Carbon Ceramic Brakes, and 10-spoke Gloss Black forged aluminum wheels.
The Santorini Edition is equipped with the 3LZ equipment package. Inside is also the Stealth Interior Trim package, and convertible models will also get the Engine Appearance Package.
As Japanese is a right-hand-drive country, the Santorini Editions are all configured for RHD direct from the Corvette Assembly Plant in Bowling Green, KY. A total of 10 Coupes and 10 Convertibles are planned for the limited edition run.
“To commemorate the launch of the new Corvette Z06, the first special limited-edition Z06 model, the Chevrolet Corvette Z06 Santorini Edition, will also be released at the same time,” said Chevrolet Japan on their website.
“This special-edition vehicle combines a Blade Silver exterior with a vibrant blue interior inspired by the sea of Santorini, Greece, and will be sold in Japan in limited quantities.”
These new Corvette Z06 Santorini Editions are now offered for sale at Chevrolet’s official Japanese dealerships. The Santorini Z06 Coupe version is priced at $29,000,000 yen ($189,951 USD) while the Convertible models are priced at 31,000,000 yen ($203,050 USD).
