The Consulate General of Italy in Osaka is celebrating the 10-year cooperation between the Osaka Fashion Institute, the leading fashion school in Japan founded in 1946, and Polimoda, the internationally recognized institute of higher education in fashion based in Florence. A collaboration that nurtures talent and creativity.
Fashion , the consulate points out, is craftsmanship and mastery, tradition and innovation, but it is also the first item of Italian exports to Japan with more than 2 billion euros a year.
