I stumbled upon the coolest bar in Sapporo, the top floor of an older building. They have incredibly knowledgeable bartenders. They specialize in Japanese whiskeys, but they make other cocktails that are unique to the bar and delicious and they have various other spirits, and I can’t get enough of the tile on the countertop.
