The second one looks to be in better shape, (needs less paint etc) but older building etc. I doubt anyone will buy the second one until the family removes about half that stuff, it is so difficult to envision how much room there is as crowded as it is.
These are both nice properties. A lot would depend on the reserve funds of each building, and the monthly maintenance fees, because those things add up…a lot…over 20 years.
The second apartment actually looked bigger and at least the furniture gave you an impression of what could be fitted in there. Both extremely affordable though.
