Miso Nikomi Udon (Nagoya speciality)

This is so delicious I never even heard about it. It's basically mushrooms, chicken, vegetables, tofu (with the texture of mochi??), one raw egg cooking in the stew and extra chewy Udon noodle constantly cooking in a pot. All of that goodness in a rich miso broth. It's absolutely perfect for the rough japanese winter. 10/10 will order again.
