
I had this soup in a ryokan in Kyoto, and I’ve been wanting to find the recipe or at least the name of this dish! It was flavorful and comforting. The soup was starchy and thick, with hint of ginger. Lots of green onion and abura-age slices. I think the top had fish and sesame tofu on the bottom. So delicious!
