Menchirashi gets all the hype for their Udon Carbonara… while it’s very good, it’ll be a 3+ hour wait. Udon Shin typically has a 1 hour wait (ticket system so you can go somewhere else in the meantime), but it is 100% worth it. Couldn’t recommend it more!
