Justin, 31, and Hailey, 29, were photographed outside the celeb-loved VODA Spa, which is a luxury Russian day spa that offers annual VIP memberships for $5,000.
The couple looked stoic as they arrived at the establishment with a security guard leading the way.
For their day of relaxation, Hailey flashed her toned tummy in a cropped white T-shirt, which she styled with a long black coat and baggy jeans.
The Rhode skincare founder carried a black leather purse and strolled the sidewalk in black loafers.
She looked to be wearing minimal makeup and concealed her brown eyes with a pair of designer sunglasses.

The couple were seemingly dropped off outside VODA Sp by a chauffeured vehicle.
For their short walk from the car to the spa, Justin decided to pull the hood of his sweatshirt over his head for added privacy.
