Wagyu sushi is always special, but seeing it prepared live makes it unforgettable.

At Teppanyaki Ousaka, overlooking Osaka’s skyline, the chef portioned Omi Beef Heart of Knuckle right in front of us. This cut, known for its concentrated beefy flavor and fine texture, was shaped into sushi by hand at the counter. Simple, precise and incredibly expressive of the beef’s character.

It was one of several Wagyu dishes in their course menu, each highlighting different techniques and cuts. Teppanyaki Ousaka keeps the experience personal, with the chef preparing every step in front of the guests.
