I thought good fluffy pancakes in Tokyo were impossible without a line until now. I spent months in Japan and one day while wandering around Harajuko, I accidentally found this tiny hidden cafe. It sits just off the main shopping street, so you’d never see it unless you know where to look. When I walked in around lunchtime, there were only two girls inside. Later, just a couple more people came. So, no crowds, no waiting, just peace and the softest air fluffy pancakes. I tried in my entire month in Japan. Honestly, this place felt like a secret.
