Made some nikujaga and some grilled sawara

Nikujaga isn’t super up there in favorites because I don’t like a ‘hoku-hoku’ potato, but I let this go a little longer so the potatoes (and carrots) could soak in more flavor and soften up to my preference. Also wished I’d had a little fattier cut of beef on hand
