One look at Naomi Osaka’s latest Instagram drop, and her it girl status is practically oozing out of the digital images. The professional tennis player is living her best life in the tropics and, looking mighty good while doing so.

Osaka opened up her Instagram photo dump with a backside still that is simply jaw-dropping. The beaded jewels cascading down the length of her body are mesmerizing, as is the way the peanut brown dress fits and flatters her physique.

The party doesn’t stop there, as, in the next snap, Osaka showcased how the flowy sleeves of the garment create a daring and absolutely stunning silhouette. Hands down, it’s a dress practically made for her, with the way she slayed it effortlessly.

As if this look couldn’t get any better, her open-toed strap heels were the perfect cherry on top. The shoes appeared to be something straight out of a fae goddess’s garden. Flowers in the shape and color of a light green orchid with a red lip adorned the front of her heels, and gold bindings made up the straps of the footwear. Her black French tips elevated her shoe game even more.

The island aesthetic is alive and well for Osaka. Skin moisturized, outfit out of this world and nails polished and lovely, this vacation did the professional athlete some good.

Maybe you also have a vacation in the cards in the coming weeks. The winter does tend to make a good excuse to travel somewhere warmer for a little while. If this is the case, look no further than Osaka’s nails as inspiration for your next pedicure.

Kick off your French tip look with an almost translucent white base. Manicurist’s Milky White ($14) is a suitable option. Be sure to lightly layer as much product as desired to ensure the pigment is prominent and long-lasting, while still having that opaque look.

After the milky white base has dried, grab your black nail polish, such as Manicurist’s Anthracite ($14), and carefully apply the polish to create the shape of a line going across the toe. If this proves to be too difficult, you can purchase a nail sponge ($3) to precisely apply the polish on your nail.

Maybe you’re not too apt at doing your own nails, and would prefer to try out the trend on your fingertips. No need to worry because OPI has your back. The brand’s xPRESS/On French Tip Press On Nails ($10) is very beginner-friendly and works like a charm. All you have to do is apply the glue to the press-on nail, wait for a few seconds for the glue to get slightly tacky and press that bad boy on.

As with any nail look, practice makes perfect. But if you keep trying at it with your fashion-forward ensembles, your mani or pedi will be as show-stopping as Osaka’s in no time.
