This time, I’d like to introduce The Global View Nagasaki. I’ve been having buffet-style dinners at hotels lately, but this hotel served Japanese cuisine, so I tried it for the first time.
However, given the price range, I thought it wouldn’t be particularly high-end, but I was surprised when I stepped inside! The chef prepared the food right in front of me at the counter.
The food was traditional, using Nagasaki ingredients, and was authentic Japanese cuisine like you won’t find anywhere else. I enjoyed chatting with the chef, and it’s been a while since I’ve enjoyed delicious Japanese food and local Nagasaki sake.
The breakfast buffet was also excellent, and I was surprised that all this cost only around 10,000 yen. I was delighted to have discovered such a great value hotel.
This channel follows a senior couple who love beagles as they live a “little luxurious life” by “doing as much as they can themselves,” including DIY, gardening, and decluttering. Please be sure to check out their other videos.
