help me find this mochi!!

I watched this video and have been SEARCHING for a website that I can order it from that can ship it. I don’t have any Asian stores near me that have mochi like this, it’s always ice cream mochi. I don’t even have anyone that makes it themselves here. My last resort would to be just trying to make it myself
