How much could you do in #osaka with the Have Fun Kansai Pass? #japantravel
I challenged myself to see how much I could do in Osaka with just one pass. So, here’s what went. I picked up the Half-Lon Kai pass on Cluke before my trip and it comes with the train ride from the airport to downtown Osaka, which was pretty nice because I didn’t have to deal with figuring out the fair or where to put my luggage. I just scanned my ticket and relaxed on the train to Osaka. First up is Pokémon Discovery Adventure. It’s a limited time scavenger hunt running through October and honestly, it was really tough. It takes place in Osaka Station, and I already get lost there without a scavenger hunt. I had the bright idea of starting the scavenger hunt at night, but I had to finish it in the morning because I couldn’t see anything. But I made it through and got a carrier for my Pokémon. And the day only got better from here. Next up is Sue Tenkaku. This pass lets you choose from a dive and walk, observatory, or tower slider. And I chickenened out on the dive and walk, so I went with just the slider. And yeah, it’s exactly what it sounds like. It’s a giant slide down from the observation deck to the ground floor. This pass also works at onen select restaurants. And if you run out of ideas, you can also use it for shopping. And all you need to do is present a QR code when you want to redeem an activity. So challenge complete. I hit up Pokémon Discovery, wrote down a tower, hit up a nonsen, and still had options left over. Search have fun kai pass on cluke. It’s literally the easiest way to do Osaka without going broke or thinking
