First day in OSAKA Japan 🇯🇵 umeda sky, tenjinbashi & more

Hey guys. So, we’re at the airport now. We’re going to Japan. Yay. It’s our official first day here in Osaka. We landed at Narita airport. And then after uh taking our luggages, we headed straight to Osaka and ate our bento box, the Shin Canen. It’s my first time eating a bento box at the Shin Canson. So, we’re now we’re just heading to the Omea Sky Building. Perfect. Yeah, the weather’s the weather’s perfect today. So, we’re just going to chill for our first day. And I think we’re not that jetl left, but we’ll see how the day goes. We’re going to get ice coffee from Blue Battle. So, I came here last year. Yeah, it was pretty good. Spicy. Chicky. This is the famous chicken for traveling. It looks so good. Wow. Try it. Yeah. Pretty good for a convenience store chicken. It’s crispy. Also tender. It’s actually super tender. Hey. Hey. Hey. We’re now done taking pictures upstairs and we’re trying to find um magnet. Oh, there’s magnet. We found the one. It’s a 25th anniversary, too. It’s a special one. Anyway, so this is Isaac’s favorite drink. It’s a fiber drink with zero sugar. Yeah. He keeps telling me that we have to have this in Canada, but we don’t. And it tastes really, really good. The desserts here are like the perfect size for just when you’re like craving. It’s the perfect size. This is what I mean. It’s the perfect size. Like, you don’t want to eat a whole ass bag. The convenience store here is heaven. Now, we’re just in search for like snacks. So, there’s a lot of choices here. Yeah. I also want the chicken cutlet with sauce or Okay. So, I’m going with this chicken sandwich. I’m going with Isaac’s going with chicken egg sandwich. freaking fire. We’re having the chicken cutlet with sauce. My first 7ele1 like Japanese 7-Eleven sandwich. Let’s see. Oh gosh, I’m really hungry. Oh, I I don’t know how to open it, right? But anyways, it’s yummy. How yummy is it? Like seven out of 10. H. Wow. Whoever made this concoction, they were like drunk or something, but it worked so well. A, it’s so cute. Babe, look. A Oh, maybe we can find a small version of this. That’s so cute. Wow. Yay! A! It’s chocolate. Yeah, this is heaven. One piece. And I bought some stuff from no beat store. And I wanted this pins, but it’s a blind box, so I can’t pick what I want. And I’m going to get pissed if I don’t get the one that I want. I’m pretty sure I picked the right one for you. Yeah. I don’t understand the people that are obsessed with blind boxes, cuz I would be so pissed to pay money and I don’t get the one that I want. So, I’m pretty sure it’s the wanted one. I told you. I told you I felt it, babe. I told you I felt it. Okay. Okay. Okay. That was worth it. I was I was I told you. I think I’m with Luffy, Zoro, and Chopper. Oh, no. I think it’s not me. Oh, it’s Robin. Okay, it’s fine. Whatever. 1:50 p.m. We didn’t have any lunch meals yet. So, before we’re going to Osaka Castle, we’re going to have sushi for lunch. I think it’s like a chain, but it looks fine. We got to just try and see. Oh, that’s What is it right here? yummy. Honestly, I’m pretty shocked at the quality of the fish at the conveyor belt. It’s pretty good. There’s like no fishy aftertaste. Wow. Okay, let’s try this one. Right. Okay. There’s more. So, we’re trying the eel. Eel is my favorite dish of all time. So, let’s see if this one’s a good quality. So good. Oh, yeah. Right. I don’t usually drink two and I don’t usually drink one past 1 or 12 or 1, but today is an exception cuz we’re on vacation. Heading to Osaka Castle. So hot. It’s only 30°. We’re here at Castle. Okay, that’s it. We’re heading to um Yay. Let’s go. The Tenjin Bashi Shopping Street. Okay. It’s so cute. We’re now here at the Tenjin Bashi Shopping Street. It’s a big street of shopping. Yeah, I think it’s like over two kilometers long or something. It’s really long. We’re on the other side right now and then we’re going to go for the other side after we reach the end here. I’m only willing to spend $10 for gacha pan and it’s my first first time doing the gacha pan. It’s crazy in here. There’s a lot of I want to get the the sprite one. Let’s do this. Okay. Yeah. It’s not giving anything. Wait, what does it say on the sign? Are you sure it’s the right way? Oh, okay. Okay. We were We were stupid. She She probably heard the commotion. Sprite. Oh, you got the uh the can. Yeah. This what I wanted. That’s actually what you wanted. He thinks like this makes me happy. But if I don’t get what I want, that defeats the purpose of this. Oh, you got the exact one you wanted. You can show the camera. Wow. It’s an entire store of gacha pond. This is pretty cool. Okay, so Isaac chose this one, I think, cuz you get any generation of the PlayStations. I want one of the first three or these two would be cool, too. Okay. I hope I get the PlayStation Portable. Here you go, gang. What is it? What is it? What is it? Oh, you got the controller. I did. Which one is it? It has the symbol. It’s the tooth. Yeah. Wow. You got what you wanted. What do I wanted? That looks pretty cheap. Yeah. Like all that was for 10 bucks. Yeah. This looks so good. Oh my gosh. Wow. Wow. Even the thing is an ear. Wow. So juicy. This is so good. It’s actually This is the best deal that I’ve ever had. Right. You can tell it’s really fresh. Like so fresh. And it’s the sauce is really really nice. Yeah. They actually make this like top uh kind of crispy. Mhm. What is this? It’s like a radish. Is this wasabi? Where are we heading? Where are we heading? We’re going to go buy some shorts because I only packed two shorts for 14 days. That’s crazy.

The most exciting trip of my life so far! My very first time in Japan (but definitely not the last) ☺️ I’m so excited to share our two-week adventure with you all starting with this video! We kicked things off by flying into Narita and heading straight to Osaka. Since we wanted to ease into the time difference, we kept our first day light. We started by visiting the Umeda Sky Building and exploring the nearby shops, which is a relaxing way to start the trip. We didn’t go inside Osaka Castle this time, but we had a great time wandering around the surrounding area. One of the highlights of the day was walking down the incredibly long Tenjinbashi shopping street, there were SOOO many delicious food to choose from!
