Grand Mercure Sapporo Odori Park will hold special-access tours of the Okurayama Ski Jump Stadium in Sapporo, Japan, on January 27, February 23, and March 21, 2026.
Guided by Masashi Abe, a former Nordic combined athlete with international championship wins and now director of the Sapporo Olympic Museum, the tour will explain athletes’ mindset and key technical points. Participants will also visit normally off-limits areas such as the jump hill start gate, the athletes’ waiting room, and the rooftop of the observatory, and take in the view from the Large Hill (K-point 123 meters).
The tour runs from 10:45 a.m. to 12:15 p.m., with a duration of approximately 1 hour 30 minutes to 2 hours. Available exclusively to hotel guests; minimum of 8 participants. The fee is 11,000 yen, plus an additional 1,670 yen per adult for the Okurayama Observatory lift ticket and Sapporo Olympic Museum admission. Tax and service charge included. Accommodation fee not included.
