KYOTO Late Sakura Vlog
[Music] As we arrived to Tokyo airport, the first thing we did was taking the Shinkansen to Kyoto. It was our first time in Japan and we were stunned by everything we saw on our way. Everything was new to us. We decided to start our journey here as it is the city that avoided widespread destruction during World War II and there’s still a lot of historical and cultural heritage that you can admire. [Music] and ended the day at the Soano Mi Yoshimura. The hot delicious meal was everything we needed after a chilly evening walk. [Music] [Music] [Music] What stunned me was the combination and coexistence of nature and architecture. [Music] We were just few days late for Sakura Bloom, but the pink petals were still lying everywhere. [Music] Managed to find one tree full of pink flowers. So, of course, I had to take some pictures. [Music] [Music] [Music] The Golden Week is just starting today and we are about to experience crazy crowds from now on. [Music] [Applause] [Music] Here I saw a gorgeous girl and she kindly allowed me to take some pictures of her. [Music] I wanted to send them over to her. So I asked for her social media. [Music] Come on. [Music] [Applause] [Music] Okay. [Music] It was enough to just take a side street and suddenly it was peaceful again. On our way to Guan now. [Music] She’s [Music] going to [Music] [Music] On most of the streets of Guon, photography is strictly forbidden as many people wouldn’t respect the culture and tradition. I took one photograph of a street from a distance respectively, not showing any faces. [Music] [Music] The next destination was the philosophers’s path, a 2 km stone path that again felt like out of this world. It was peaceful, although quite crowded, but it was absolutely worth experiencing. At some points, it had the most studio gibli vibe with all the nature, stony bridges, and the light filtering through the leaves. It was pure and beautiful experience. See that snake? [Music] Jesus statues, protectors of children and travelers. [Music] [Applause] [Music] Bamboo forest. [Music] [Music] We asked traders to take a picture of us with the Polaroid camera. Thank you. Thank you. It was really crowded, but definitely worth staying. Next time we’ll probably look for a less popular bamboo forest. But as it was our first time ever in Japan, we really wanted to visit all the most known places. And the Rashyama really had so much more to offer like the Katsura River. [Music] Getting up early was a smart move. Thanks to that, we could experience something magnificent like this. [Music] [Applause] [Applause] [Music] Heat. Heat. [Music] Heat [Applause] [Music] up here. [Applause] Heat. Heat. [Music] Many steps to get to the Sinoji Zen Buddhist temple. [Music] [Music] The forest seemed magical, enchanted. [Music] Hello. Hello. We’re keeping sharp [Music] [Music] That’s amazing. We ended this very intense day at the temple with the Tori gates. [Music] [Applause] Thank you so much for watching.
