Come with me to Shinonji Temple in Osaka, Japan. This temple is Japan’s oldest temple. When visiting, I realized that this is a Buddhist temple. And during my time of visitation, there was a prayer going on, so I sat and watched. You can also go inside this tower, too, to see everything from the very top view. 📍 this temple is the oldest temple in Japan. The temple itself is roughly medium size, but you can go inside the tower building and climb to the top floor to see the entire temple from a aerial view and learn more history about the temple and it’s creation. If you’re lucky when you’re visiting, you may be able to catch a prayer session!
💵 I booked my experience through the Klook app. I purchased the Osaka E -pass which allow me access to 25+ attractions across Osaka area. This temple was included in the past but if you choose to go separately, it’s roughly 3 to 6 US dollars to enter the temple.
