ANA Offers Special Ticketing Due to Snow Forecast in Hokkaido, Japan

All Nippon Airways (ANA) will implement special ticket handling due to forecast snow in Japan.

As of 9:30 p.m. on November 6 (Japan time), the special handling applies to flights to/from Sapporo/New Chitose (Hokkaido, Japan) departing or arriving after 3:00 p.m. on November 7.

Snowfall caused by an influx of low-level cold air from the Sea of Okhotsk is also expected to affect Memanbetsu. In addition, strong winds at Wakkanai, Nemuro Nakashibetsu, and Hakodate may lead to delays, cancellations, diversions to other airports, or returns to the departure airport.

Tickets for affected flights can be changed, rebooked, or refunded free of charge, regardless of whether a delay or cancellation occurs.
