The Guam Visitors Bureau will implement the Group Support Program 2026, an incentive initiative for travel agencies in Japan to promote group travel.
When a prescribed number of participants within a group use or join services provided by member companies of the Guam Visitors Bureau—such as parties, meetings, optional tours, sightseeing, and golf—the Bureau will subsidize part of the cost to the travel agency.
The subsidy per person is 1,500 yen for groups of 5 to 19, 2,000 yen for 20 to 50, 3,000 yen for 51 to 75, and 4,000 yen for 76 to 100. For groups of 101 or more, the subsidy is a flat 500,000 yen (total). All amounts are before tax.
Eligible departure dates are from November 10 through September 30, 2026, and applications are accepted from November 4 through September 1, 2026. Infants under 2 years of age and tour conductors (escorts) are excluded. Airport transfers, accommodation, and breakfast arrangements are not eligible.
