Tonkatsu matsuri 祭homemade

The long pieces were made with Japanese Ro-su pork. I didn’t tenderize it but it tastes so soft and went well with Muji curry 🍛

The small round ones were made with thin sliced streaky Japanese pork. Was cooked well done but still taste soft
