Kurima Island in Miyako city, Okinawa, Japan
Hi, this is Sato. I will talk about Ka Island in this video. This island is located in the southwest of Mako city. Kurma Island and Mako Island are linked by Ka Bridge which is 1,690 m long. It takes less than 20 minutes from Makoa airport and about 40 minutes from Shimojushima airport by car. Kima Island is small and is 9 km around. So I guess you can drive around it within 20 minutes. After you cross the bridge and enter this island, you will firstly see a parking lot of Taco Park on your left. Taco means an octopus. When I was walking on the walkway surrounded by the jungle, I felt so refreshed. After about a 10-minute walk, a cute octopus suddenly comes into view. And there is an esoteric beach next to this octopus. The grass on the left side of this picture is a junction of the beach in the octopus. This beach is a inconspicuous place and has a lot of large rocks. Plus the footing is so bad. So when you use this beach, you cannot be too careful. Ka Island has several famous beaches and one of them is Patcha Beach. The transparency of this beach is so excellent. The majority of people visiting Mako Island pour into a famous beach, Yonahama Beach, opposite from this patcha beach. So people don’t come here very much. If you want to make your trip private, it’s pretty good to chase this beach. Recently, cool cafe and restaurants and shops like selling handmade goods, which are popular with Japanese female travelers and couples have been opening up one after another. It is one of the charms of Mako Island to be able to spend your time not only playing on beach but also enjoying going to such cool shops. As soon as you start crossing Kurma bridge from Mako Island to Kimma Island, you can find Yonah Hama Beach on your right. And in Kurma Island, there is an observatory called Lujo where you can look out of the beach. You can see Kuruman Bridge, Mako Island and Irau Island. I will never forget the view from here. This beach is Musunama which is on the opposite side of Patcha Beach I mentioned in the first half of this video. There are no street lights around here. So when night comes you can see countless stars to the fo. Some photographers conduct tours to stargates and take pictures of the customers under the stars. If you want to see the breathtaking star sky, I do recommend this place. If you go north from here, there is a beach called Naga Mahana which faces west in Kima Island. So you can see the sun setting here. The entry of this beach is surrounded by many rocks. So the footing is so bad. Please watch your sap when you come in. In addition, the entry and exit are the same spot, but when you leave here, there is no sign of the exit, so you may lose it. That is why you should make sure of the exit beforehand, just as you come in. All right, everyone. How was this video? Kimma Island is small but has a really strong presence in Niagara City. Yonaha My Hama Beach and Kurma Island are not so far. So what about dropping while you visit Yonaha Myama Beach? Thank you very much for watching this video till the end. See you next time. Bye.
