Actor Sung Dong-il has demonstrated exceptional self-discipline.
On the June 26 broadcast of tvN’s ‘House on Wheels: Hokkaido Edition,’ Sung Dong-il, Kim Hee-won, and Jang Na-ra visited Hokkaido, Japan, with former youngest member Gong Myung appearing as a guest.
Gong Myung returned to ‘House on Wheels’ for the first time in three years and eight months since his regular appearance as the youngest member in season 3.
Welcoming Gong Myung, Sung Dong-il joked, “You worked on a project after your military service, right? You’re as kind and good-looking as I was when I was young,” drawing laughter.
Gong Myung responded by complimenting Sung Dong-il’s physique, saying, “You’ve gotten really fit.”

Sung Dong-il replied, “I’m different from Kim Hee-won. He won’t last long,” and added with a laugh, “If I were a bit younger, all your roles would have been mine.”
He continued, “I thought I should develop good habits before I get any older, so I lost 10kg over the past two months. It’s all about self-management.”
‘House on Wheels: Hokkaido Edition’ follows the journey of the cast as they embark on a new adventure overseas after spending all four seasons traveling across Korea.
Jang Na-ra joined Sung Dong-il and Kim Hee-won as the first female member of the series, drawing significant attention.
‘House on Wheels: Hokkaido Edition’ airs every Sunday at 7:40 PM.
