    Wow you’re extremely skilled! I never made karaage, is it easy to make if I haven’t made any sort of fried chicken in years?

    (I’ve made 100+ Korean dishes, 100+ Cantonese dishes snd 50+ Japanese dishes from various cookbooks so I’m not “new” to cooking)
