So, 16 photos showing part of my food related gacha collection

+2: Tarlin’s 1/12 scale miniature dimsum set, found on a random gacha machine near Yokohama Chinatown (perfect scale for the Spy Family Anya and the Kotobukiya Pudu Bellabot server robot seen in family restaurants all over Japan)

+4: Bandai Namco’s Kiyoken miniature ekiben set (immortalized within a chapter of the Solitary Gourmet) – this is the Marunochi shumai bento set, found at Gransta Tokyo station

+6: Kenelephant/JR East Ekiben collaboration – these are all ekibens made by JR-Cross, JR East’s catering operations. That’s a chestnut train station bento from Okayama if I remember correctly. Also from Gransta Tokyo.

+8: Kura collaboration. Found this one outdoors at a gacha joint in Akihabara. The tin candy box is from Shin-Osaka station as part of some Omiyage. That’s Dotonbori-Taro printed on the box.

Keychains and pins from Atami Pudding, from gacha machines outside of their store in Atami Ginza shopping street.

Pin from a gacha machine outside of the Barato seafood market in Shimonoseki – supposed to be a fugu (blowfish) sashimi platter.

keychain detailing steps in making an Okonomiyaki – this one is from Okonomimura, which is a multi-level, multi-tenant okonomiyaki restaurant food hall in Hiroshima Hondori near Aeon/Andersen bakery honten.

fried chikuwa from Miyajima…which is also sold at a vending machine outside of Miyajima shrine’s Omotesando. Really would’ve preferred the grilled oysters instead, as oysters from Hiroshima bay is “something special”, while fried chikuwa sticks can so be found in many sea-side resorts…like Atami.

Chocopeach’s “Natto” paperweight from a machine out at Minami-Machida Grandberry Park. Nothing special.

Korean style frozen Taiyaki keychain from a Bandai-Namco/Bibigo collab – this is from Yodobashi Akiba’s 5th floor

Korean hondashi mix keychain from a Bandai-Namco/CJ Foods (Dosido) collab – also from the same location as above.

Oyster sauce/Gochijang keychains from a Bandai-Namco/Lee Kum Kee (Hong Kong) collab – from the gacha machines of Animate Hiroshima.
