"The University Osaka LINKS 2025" Held － The University of Osaka

“The University of Osaka LINKS 2025,” was held at Hotel New Otani in Tokyo on September 23, 2025.
This event, started last year with a view to introducing UOsaka’s appealing efforts that will lead to the future to its alumni and stakeholders and developing new connections between them, attracted some 240 individuals to the report session and social gathering.

The report session began with opening remarks by President KUMANOGOH Atsushi and a greeting by TANIGAKI Kunio, Director and President, CEO, Representative Officer of the Japan Post Insurance Company, Ltd., which were followed by two-part introductions to promising, future-oriented endeavors by representatives of each of the following departments:

The social gathering held after the report session began in an amiable atmosphere with a greeting from Senior Executive Vice President FUJIO Yasushi, which was followed by a warm message and a toast from Mr. TAKAHASHI Tsuneo, a graduate and President/Chief Executive Officer of NF Holdings Corporation. Many participants engaged in friendly conversation during the social gathering, deepening existing connections and creating new ones. A poster session by speakers of the report session was also held at the same venue, eliciting enthusiastic questions from the participants to the presenters. Attendees at the poster session mentioned being able to witness the efforts made by the university was a meaningful experience. The 2nd University of Osaka LINKS came to a close with great success.
