And we are going to go to Puong International Airport all the way from the Shui district here, Shu Jia. And um it’s quite a distance. It’ll be about an hour, hour and a half depending on if we take either the metro or the taxi. And then we’ll get to Pudong International Airport which is one of the largest and busiest airports in all of China. And after we get through Pudong International Airport, we’ll get on the plane for 2 hours and we will go back to Osaka. Um, it’s about a million to million and a half people who live here. Just this one part of Shanghai. It’s bigger than most American cities, which is kind of hard to imagine, but this is in the morning, so there’s not many people here right now. It’s on a Sunday here. And right here, ladies and gentlemen, we are about to pass one of the largest Christian churches, all of China. This is St. Ignatius Catholic Church here. This is um very important church here in China. It’s one of the big landmarks here, St. Ignatius Catholic Church. And from here, we will go to the airport. All right, some more Shanghai here. It’s a big airport. Big. Not the biggest in China, but still though, this handles most international flights out of any airport in China. Pudong International Airport. Essentially the gateway to China. All right. So, here we are at the checkin area. Still early. Nice airport. I do like this airport here. Pudong National Airport. I’m going to find where my flight Oh, there it is. Japan Airlines. Found it already. I’m flying on Japan Airlines, so I have to be over here. Yes, I found it already. Counter F. Yes. All right. I just got my ticket from here. Checked in. And we got to go over here. Over here is the international departures. We got to go through some security before we get on the plane. Okay, we made it through security and now we are going to go to my plane at gate 21 through here. Yes, my plane should be over here. Okay, we’re about to go through the gate here. Going to get on Japan Airlines right there. Go check my passport. My boarding pass here. I’ll be on soon. All right. I’m on a plane. Got to find my seat now. 23H is my seat. 24. I’m in my seat now. This is my first time riding with Japan Airlines here. Looks pretty full. Kind of busy. We’ll be taking off soon here. All right, we’re at air now. I think we’re halfway there. It’s smooth ride so far. We should be there maybe about an hour perhaps. Just an hour to go here. Plane just landed here. We’re getting off getting off the plane here. getting off. Thank you. And we’re in Japan. Back in Japan. All right. So, I’m here in Kai International Airport. Got some cash, got my SIM card. Now, I’m going to take the train to get to my apartment in the city center of Osaka. It should be about maybe 1 to one and a half hours. And the trains are over here. We have to go up the escalator over here. And we should be able to find a train that’ll take us right to the city center. Yes. We got to take a right and we can get to the train here. The railways through here. It’s a station. Train station is just directly across here. All right. Yes. Airport Express, it seems, right? I hope it’s fast. No, no. Yeah, it’s going to I don’t see why this would be it. All right, here we are. We’re on Yes, we are on on a train here. All right, the train filled up here, but we’re on the way. We’re on the way here. It’ll be a while. Maybe about an hour. Hour 30 till we get to the hotel. All right, we’re going to make a switch here at Tangaya. Switch here. We are going to switch to Tingachara and get on the metro here. Drop me off closer to where I’m staying at. This is why we’re switching here the metro instead of going all the way to Namba. All right. So, here we are. We want to go to Nikonbashi. This is This goes to Nambbashi. Yes. Nashi. All right. We’re going to leave here. It’ll be a few stops till we get to Nbashi and then we’re going to walk to my hotel. It’s not far from from there. And we’re off. Here we go. Just a few stops. Won’t need much longer now. All right. Getting off here at Ebon Bashi. Got to walk after this. Find exit 7 and we’ll be there very soon. Okay. And we’re out finally a 7 minute walk. Maybe up all those steps. Lots of steps, but a 7-minute walk. Now we have to go through this way. Yes, the street looks very Japanese. And I mean that in the best way possible because I do love Japan very much. Look, that looks good. Yes. Yeah, it’s raining a bit, but not too bad. It won’t be long now. I’ll just have to walk a few minutes and we’ll be at my hotel through here. All right, so I made it to where I’m staying. Shimanui Hotel. there. For those of you who’ve been following me on YouTube here, I stayed here last time when I was in Osaka, but I liked it a lot. It’s good value here. Nice hotel. So, we’ll go right in. All right. So, here we are. This is the room I’m staying at. This is 501 here again, Shiman Noi. And here it is. Yes, it is very similar to the other room I stayed at when I was here last time. Not a surprise. It is a very nice room. Once again, there’s a bathroom right there. Yes, bathroom. Yes, this is best value I could find honestly on on Booking.com or Airbnb this hotel. Nice hotel. Nice and spacious. Great value for where it is. Location as well. So, yeah, even got a balcony. My hotels in China never had a balcony, but we do here. Yeah. Um, nice view from here as well. There’s a park right there. Yeah. And over in that direction, not far is Namba in Doenbore. That’s the downtown of Osaka over there where all the night life is. Not far at all. Great location here in Osaka at Shima Nouchi. All right, everybody. Thanks again for watching these videos. We’re here back in Osaka for the second time and there’s so much left here to see and do here in a Kansai region, which is good because I really want to help people understand Japan a bit better here. and we’ll try to hit some more local places while we’re here for the second time. But again, thanks so much for watching and please don’t forget to subscribe my channel and also share this video if you found it entertaining and also like it if you would and I’ll see you for the next time.
