ORIX Asset Management Acquires Holiday Inn Express Osaka City Center Midosuji for JPY 22.516 Billion

ORIX Asset Management acquired Holiday Inn Express Osaka City Center Midosuji in Osaka, Japan, on October 21.

It acquired the property from BPEA Real Estate, a real estate fund under EQT. The purchase price was JPY 22.516 billion.

Formerly the b Osaka Midosuji, the property was developed by Tokyo Tatemono and was completed in January 2019. After acquiring the property in November 2021, EQT reopened it following a rebranding in December 2021, and a full renovation was completed in September 2022.
