Shinnosuke – Kas 1 ½ – a bit to the side on the entry, okay height, near stuck, just a tiny hop forward – 13.933
Minami – going for two vaults – first Tsuk 2 1/2, fine form, sticks it – 14.2; second vault – huge Yurchenko 2 ½, but slight bent legs at the end, and big step forward on the landing – 13.9 – average 14.05
Sharamkou (AIN) – VT – front handspring Randi, but slightly short on the twist, gets it to 2 ¼ and takes few steps to square himself – 13.8; second vault – Dragulescu short and hands down – 13.033

Hashimoto – front toss nice, peach half to peach clean, Makuts good, front 1 ¼ fine, Bhavsar clean, Tippelt fine, double front half opened a little early and hop forward – 14.266
Oka – front toss fine, clean peach half and peach, Makuts slight brush on the bar for leg separation on the swing out, Bhavsar fine, Tippelt clean, double front half with legs apart on the rotation but sticks with chest up – 14.533
Tsunogai – front toss fine, Makuts well done, peach to giant diam to front 1 ¼ to hang smooth, piro to slight handstand balance check, Bhavsar is high, Tippelt fine, double front nearly stuck, just a tiny rebound – 14.5/5.7
Rotation 3:
Japan – HB:
Hashimoto – Tak full to front grip nice, Tak to Kolman close and bent arm giant after the catch, Cassina and Liukin are good, layout Tkatchev fine, hop full good, sticks the double twisting double layout for the .1 bonus – not his best, but probably fine to make the final, depending on how his teammate do – 14.4/6.2
Oka – Cassina fine, Kolman clean, Liukin lots of height, but falls, repeats to Liukin fingertip catch, Tak to full handstand, short on double twisting double layout and takes a massive jump forward to save it – 13.266
Tsunogai – Tak full smooth, Tak to Kolman well done, Cassina fine, Liukin well done, layout Tkatchev clean, double twisting double layout small step forward – big routine – 14.8/6.2
Rotation 4:
Japan – FX:
Oka – full to double front low and big hop for oob, full twisting double layout short and big hop forward, flair sequence and mana to press clean, 2 ½ short to layout which is messy and short and a fall, double layout short and hands down – 10.2/5.2
Hashimoto – front full to front double pike clean in the air but just a little short and sits it down, double layout fine landing (warmed up full twisting double layout but took it out after the fall), triple twist to the side small hop forward, 2 ½ to front layout stuck, Russians clean, double pike dismount kicks out early and is short, saves it with a big hop forward – 12.3
Minami – 2 1/2 to double front small hop forward to stay in, 2 ½ twisting double tuck stuck, 3 ½ to the side small slide on the landing, 2 ½ to Randi small hop back, tuck double-double dismount mid-size step forward – 14.1/5.7
Sharamkou (AIN) – FX – double full to double front clean and small hop forward, double twisting double layout clean and small hop, whip to 2 ½ clean small hop, full twisting double layout big slide back, looks like he stayed in bound, double-double tuck dismount step back – 13.466/5.8 (.1 ND)
Petrounias (GRE) – well hit routine, big leaping step forward on the dismount which is double twisting double layout – 14.366/5.7
Rotation 5:
Japan PH:
Oka – pretty scissor hand, flop fine, clean Busnari, Magyar and Sivado in flairs are clean, gets 360 on the dismount but is off balance and adds one more half to it but lands awkwardly with the chest down – 13.133/5.0
Hashimoto – flair spindles are good, scissor hand no issues, flop fine, second flop fine, Tong Fei clean, Wu keeps the legs together but has to work hard on it, good dismount – 14.133/5.7
Ishizawa – scissor hand fine, Busnari off on the entry and falls, second fall on a flair spindle inside the two pommels – 11.5
Rotation 6:
Japan SR:
Hashimoto – kip to Maltese, swing to Maltese, roll to cross good positions so far, back giant fine, piked Yamawaki to swing to handstand clean, big step forward on a double twisting double layout – 13.433/5.2
Kaneta – roll to planche well done, from hang press to Maltese, piked Yama to swing to Maltese well done, swing to planche to bounce to cross, very good, double twisting double layout not very high and a bit short, takes a .3 hop forward – 14.2/5.5
Oka – swing to Maltese, kip to Maltese, swing to invert good hold but a bit high, swing elements are clean, double twisting double layout hop back then another hop – 13.566
