Japan’s Cherry Blossom Festival Is So Beautiful! Aomori VLOG
[Music] Heat. Heat. [Music] [Music] You go down. [Music] Welcome to Amorei, Japan. Vanessa and I have made our way to the train station off the ship and we are going to Amari Castle for a cherry blossom festival. This will be our first time on a Japanese train, so we’re not sure how this is going to work, but we’re going to give it a try. Okay, we got our train tickets and we’re rushing to platform 3 because our train leaves in approximately 3 minutes. So, here we go. Platform three. We got to go. And we’re moving. And we’re moving. Left 43. This might be it right here. Left 43. This is it. What’s his name? There we go. It’s going to be a packed train, but we don’t have that long on it. So, the first stop. I guess we’re just going to have to hop on next next one, I guess. Okay. Well, we’re going to hop on out here. Here we go. [Music] Make it work. Okay. the main thing. Okay, we are on a very crowded communer train to our stop at Hiroaki. Uh I think we’re the third stop off and we’ve just seen our first cherry trees and they are in full bloom. So, we are really going to be in for a treat today. [Music] You think the train was c the train was crowded before? You have no idea. We are smashed up with invisible. [Music] [Music] We’re getting off. We’re getting off. All right. One upstairs. The amount of people’s unbelievable. At least we made it though. This is the exit to the train station. I’ll turn right at this intersection and park my car. [Music] Look at that. Oh my gosh. Okay, we’ve made it to Hiasaki Park and we’re walking towards the castle and as you can see all the cherry blossoms behind me. Looks like we’ve hit it at a really good time and it’s absolutely beautiful and uh it’s going to make some great pictures and beautiful day too. Temperature is just perfect. It’s about 56 57° and it’s just spectacular. [Music] Heat. [Music] [Applause] [Music] Heat. [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] Heat. Heat. [Music] [Applause] Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. [Music] [Music] [Music] We’ve concluded our time at Hiasaki park and we have gone out of the gates and trying to arrange for actually we actually look for a restaurant. It’s Sunday so everything’s closed. So we’re getting a taxi back to the train station and we are somewhere in this town and we’ve got to a convenience store and we’re just two American tourists standing out in the middle of Japan in a parking lot. [Music] So, here’s our train. We made it back to Amorei station. And this was an express train, but it wasn’t too express. That was pretty cool. All right, we’ve made it back to the ship after a very fun day and are going to set and have a couple drinks with two of our favorite guys here at the bar underneath the Northstar. It’s uh in the high 40s. The rain has set in, but uh we’re still having a good time. Hey. Hey. Hey. [Music]
