Tokyo Confidential, the internationally acclaimed cocktail bar in Japan ranked among Time Out’s Top 10 Best Bars in the World and named one of Asia’s 50 Best Bars, is heading to Nashville for a limited-time takeover. On November 5-6, 2025, Tokyo Confidential will transform Silo, The Gulch’s popular neighborhood dining concept inside Canopy by Hilton Nashville Downtown, into a two-night “Tokyo Meets Nashville” experience. Led by the bar’s founder, award-winning bartender and author Holly Graham, the pop-up will bring Tokyo Confidential’s celebrated cocktails and immersive nightlife energy to Music City for the first time.
From 8 p.m. to 12 a.m. each night, the Tokyo Confidential x Silo Takeover will turn Silo into a high-energy, disco themed party featuring a collaborative food and cocktail menu, dynamic DJ sets from DJ Jordan Grace, and design details by Duncan Ragsdale Creative that capture Graham’s eclectic hospitality style. Guests will be transported to a disco in Tokyo when they step into the venue, where rich red drapery, shimmering mirror balls, and glowing neon signs in both Japanese and country motifs create a bold, cross-cultural energy. A towering Lucky Cat photo op and playful details like Tokyo Confidential-inspired pillows, bamboo accents, and red mirrored votives complete the vibrant mashup of Tokyo nightlife and Southern charm.
Founded in Tokyo’s vibrant Azabu-Juban neighborhood by Holly Graham – a London-born, Asia-based drinks authority and author of Cocktails of Asia – Tokyo Confidential is renowned for its inventive cocktails, inclusive approach to nightlife, and electric rooftop bar atmosphere. Graham’s decade plus influence on Asia’s cocktail culture and her advocacy for diversity behind the bar have made her one of the industry’s most respected voices worldwide – Graham has been recognized on Drink International’s Bar World’s 100 Most Influential Figures for the last six years.
“I’m really looking forward to bringing as much of Tokyo Confidential as I can to Nashville – a city renowned for music. Music is something that I’m really passionate about, and being a self-proclaimed disco ball, it feels fitting to bring the boogie to Silo for a fully immersive takeover. I’m hoping that we can give Nashville’s people a taste of our awesome cocktails and unique, cheeky hospitality,” says Graham.
Guests can expect a specialty menu of eight signature cocktails crafted by Tokyo Confidential paired with collaborative bites from Silo, blending the bold flavors of both cities. Sample bites will include the Nashville Hot Pork Katsu Sandwich, Peking Duck Hot Dog, Pizza BTS, and Mac & Cheese Menchi Katsu.
Located in the heart of The Gulch, Silo is known for its locally inspired cuisine and vibrant, design-forward atmosphere – the perfect backdrop for this cross-cultural celebration of nightlife, flavor and craftsmanship.
