These might be the fluffiest pancakes in Tokyo, and they sell out every single day. They start taking reservations at 700 a.m., so you’ve got to grab a time slot and come back later in the day. I really love how you can see them freshly prepare the pancakes right in front of you. And I don’t usually go for savory pancakes, but I had to try these for $24. They stack it like a tower with jam, bacon, eggs, and a waterfall of Holland sauce. It just looks glorious. The pancakes are soft and fluffy, and the sweet and savory combo works surprisingly well, especially with those jammy eggs and that creamy holiday sauce. I also got the $31 pan cotta strawberry pancakes with vanilla ice cream. The texture is super light and airy, and I like how they don’t have a strong eggy flavor like other pancakes I’ve tried. These are so yum. This is from Bennett Sere and it sucks up. Would you wake up early to try these?
