The luxury villa “GRAND CHARIOT Big Dipper 135°” will begin selling a special plan from today, Thursday, April 2025th, that allows you to travel directly to the “Osaka-Kansai Expo”, which will be held in Yumeshima, Osaka from April 4th to October 13th, 10, without needing a car.
This plan includes free transportation to the departure and arrival point of the PASONA NATUREVERSE high-speed ferry, which will be in service during the Expo and connect Awaji Island with the Expo site in Yumeshima, Osaka.
The “PASONA NATUREVERSE” operates a new maritime route that was opened exclusively during the Osaka-Kansai Expo, departing from Awajishima Tsubasa Port and heading to Yumeshima in Osaka. The one-way trip takes about an hour, and you can enjoy a relaxing voyage across Osaka Bay, taking in the magnificent views of Osaka Bay and Awajishima, as well as the Expo’s symbol, the “Big Roof Ring.”
In conjunction with the World Expo being held in Osaka for the first time in 55 years, enjoy the attractions at Nijigen no Mori, where you can experience the world of Cool Japan content that symbolizes modern Japan, and a luxurious stay surrounded by the food and nature of Awaji Island, provided by GRAND CHARIOT Big Dipper 135°.

Guests can enjoy a new Japanese cuisine course overseen by Haruyuki Yamashita, who owns 13 restaurants in Japan and overseas, including Tokyo Midtown. Yamashita has been selected as a Master Chef for two consecutive years at the World Gourmet Summit, which brings together the world’s top chefs, and he embodies “new Japanese cuisine” that makes the most of the life and breath of ingredients.
Ingredients include Awaji beef, which is caught on Awaji Island from only 200 head of cattle per year, “upside-down sea urchin” (sea urchin from Yura) which can only be served because of its freshness, and sukiyaki made with plenty of vegetables such as onions and tomatoes from Awaji Island. You can choose your favorite menu according to the season. *Ingredients may change depending on the season.
The highlight of an overnight stay is breakfast, which begins with Grand Chariot’s “Morning Breakfast” and includes grilled fish from the Seto Inland Sea and the specialty “Awaji rolled omelet” served with freshly cooked Awaji Island rice.
