It is my first travel in Japan after I passed the Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) Level N3.

The highlight of this video is the “Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium”; it is the most famous place in Okinawa among the top contenders on Google Maps.

There are 4 places for this video.

Nago Pineapple Park: This theme park features pineapples and dinosaurs. I didn’t stay here long, but I really liked the dinosaur figures – they were cute!

Kouri Island and the surrounding area: There are the Kouri Bridge View Point and Kouri Beach. Kouri Beach is located on Kouri Island.

Nakijin Castle Ruins: It is a Ryukyuan gusuku located in Nakijin, Okinawa. It is currently in ruins. In 2000, Nakijin Castle was designated as a World Heritage Site, as a part of the Gusuku Sites and Related Properties of the Kingdom of Ryukyu.

Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium: It is formerly known as the Okinawa Ocean Expo Aquarium, is a public aquarium located within the Ocean Expo Park in Okinawa, Japan. The aquarium has the exhibit, “Encounter the Okinawan Sea”, which reproduces the sea of Okinawa and most of the creatures that live in it. Churaumi was selected as the name of the aquarium by public vote amongst Japanese people: chura means “beautiful” or “graceful” in the Okinawan language, and umi means “ocean” in Japanese.

Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium is indeed a remarkable place, and it’s easy to see why it has such a high rating. It’s famous for its incredible scale and the sheer diversity of life it showcases, from the smallest of sea creatures to some of the ocean’s most majestic giants.
