Thirty Not Just Travel consultants are to participate in the company’s first group trip to Japan.

The agents will receive intensive training to fast-track business growth to level up their sales and business growth in addition to a cultural tour hosted by key trade partner InsideJapan.

Hosted by Business Development Managers Deb Leavy and Richard Lowrey-Heywood, with Ieva Gedrimaite providing marketing support, the training will focus on customer acquisition and retention, and strategies to personally develop members both as travel consultants and business owners.

The itinerary on October 9-18 includes sightseeing in Tokyo and Kyoto with bullet train journeys, a dinner river cruise and a Taiko lesson.

Not Just Travel co-founder Steve Witt said: “This is a trip like no other. No-one is more committed to providing life-changing opportunities to their members as we are.

“Our entire business is built on helping our members help themselves. Asia is an incredibly diverse, yet often complex, product to sell and we are able to give our consultants the opportunity to position themselves as confident Japan experts with these unique experiences.”

Inside Travel Group head of trade sales Gabo Quiros added: “It’s a true pleasure to be able to host key trade partner Not Just Travel and its consultants on their own cultural adventure.

“Our key trade partnership creates mutual benefits – we gain direct access to their passionate consultants while demonstrating our offerings in the most impactful way possible. This elite experience represents one of several collaborative approaches we use to drive bookings together.”
