I went to Japan last year and had a lot of food. But the 2nd most memorable, first being ramen, was a Tofu dish that I had at Harajuku Gyozaro. I did some research and found out it is called TanTan-TOFU. Does anyone know of a recipe for this dish? Also what type of tofu is being used, it looks similar to silken tofu to me. Thanks in Advance

This is basically just tofu topped with tantan-men sauce and toppings. Tantan-men is the japanese interpretation of the [sichuan dandan noodles](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dandan_noodles). For sauce like this rather than the soupy ramen version, you’ll want to look for shirunashi or soupless tantanmen recipes.

The tofu itself would be kinugoshi tofu, which would be silken tofu.
