I Went to the EXIT 8 Collaboration Event[8番出口]
Good morning! I’m at JR Sannomiya Station in Hyogo today. I heard there’s a special event on, so— I’ll transfer to the subway and head over. There’s an event for the movie “The Exit 8,” which is releasing in Japan, so I’m going to Shin-Nagata on the Kobe Municipal Subway. “The Exit 8” started as a horror game and got turned into a film. I’ve actually played the game, so I’m hyped it became a movie. You can play The Exit 8 on PC, PS4/5, Xbox, iOS, Android, and Switch1.2—give it a try! (Link in the description.) So, I bought a one-day pass—let’s go. We’ve arrived at Shin-Nagata. There’s that familiar screen from the game… Can’t go home until we spot the anomalies… Jokes aside, let’s see what it’s like… Rumor says the recreation is super accurate. There are two event tracks, and you get goodies if you clear them! (Details in the description.) Huh…? No way…! T-that’s exactly like in the game—right here!!! A-amazing…! There’s already an anomaly…! (*If you spot it, drop a comment!) Switched cameras to give it a game-like feel. Looks pretty legit now. Oh…… Straight out of the game… Is this… okay? Nope. That’s not an in-game ad—it’s a real one. Are we being stared at… or not…? Eek… I should turn back… The movie’s on August 29! Gotta go see it! This is an exit… right? Phew… it is an exit! Huh…? There’s an anomaly here too. (*Comment if you find it!) Hm? Eeeeeek! Even from the other side, it feels weirdly tense… Nothing unusual here… I think. By the way, this passage is open 7:00–23:00, so keep that in mind if you visit (should be fine though…). The other event starts from this poster outside (or inside) the gates, Scan the QR code (mosaic-censored here) to join the game. You’ll need to register with LINE and ESCAPE.ID beforehand, then visit target stations and compare posters to find differences—an on-site spot-the-difference game. So a one-day pass is cheaper than buying tickets each time while you hunt around. Right now I’m hopping on the subway to head to each station. This is the poster you’ll see at each station. The mosaic is over the top section. There are 8 stations total—you need to find 8 differences. See the link in the description for details. The film opens nationwide in Japan on August 29—don’t miss it! That’s it for this video! Please like and subscribe. Thanks for watching!
There was an event for the movie EXIT 8, so I headed to Kobe.
