Hi food explorers. sa barist coffee at kasama chef nil nasi chef Argo yes ayun chef okay let’s talk about baristart so why why do you think it’s called baristart so it’s from Japan and then um our master barista Yuki um thought of like most of the coffee shops or the cafes specialize in their beans and then so he thought of concept that to specialize on Hokkaido milk. So that’s how it started and then so with the name Barry Star since he’s a master barista like it’s his profession. So that’s where the barista comes from. And then the art he puts his artistry into the Yes. And then start means like to start his passion project. start coffee. It’s more creamy creamy. So, it really compliments our coffee. So, since our coffee has a has a really really strong flavor, the creaminess from the Hokkaido milk complent it well. And to appreciate Hokkaido milk better coffee, first you can start with our cream puff. Cream puff. Bestselling cream. The bestselling cream puff. It’s made with our Hokkaido milk. So the rich creamy filling inside. [Music] Oh my gosh. Is this your first time trying this one? Yes, it’s my first time trying. So here we make it on the spot. So it’s heated before filled. Okay. Yeah. Heated before it’s filled. That’s why you kind of wait for a while before it’s served to you because it’s freshly made. Yeah. Also so light and fluffy and creamy and it’s not naka umai. Yeah. Perfect. Sarapu. Highly recommend this. So this is their Hokkaido carbonara. Carbonara. It’s served with an onen egg on top. the picnic bacon and grana padana dish. Oh, my runny egg yolk pa. So you can see how creamy it is. No, I’m not even kidding. Creamy milk [Music] sea salt latte nila eto favorite co. So what I do is that mini mix k and you can sip everything. [Music] When we say creamy bar coffee. Yeah. Here we have our big breakfast. It’s served with bacon, sausage, scrambled egg, and our potato crunchies. An This is the sausage. Yes, the Japanese sausage. M Japanese. [Music] Even if Japanese Hokkaido inspired and all that as in perfect talaga [Music] bonga. I highly recommend an O. Seasonal flavor banana caramel. So this is made with a banana compost and then our signature cream. Yeah. We had the same reaction like when I first tried it too. It’s like plain. It’s like light and fluffy. Maka food explorers eto times two silang matcha latte. Yeah naman. Oh. So we put art into everything. Correct. Toto matcha legit na matcha and there’s a huge market for matcha people right now. So Tony and Sergio, this restaurant uh you have an indoor um dining and you also have the outdoors as well, right? Um so what is the capacity for the outdoor area? The one we’re in. Basically the outdoor capacity is roughly 50 person. How you can see is al fresco is a very good place uh where you can eat, you can enjoy with your friends, with your family or with your special someone. Ah amazing place. Why is it called Tony and Serg? They are two brother from Italy and they have this inspiration from the food as they travel also to Spain to Argentina. They like to combine this Italian and Spanish dishes. All fresh food, fresh ingredient. That’s why they call Tony and Sergio. This is Sergio. This is Tony. You can see all the history that one here. The history talk also about the restaurant is past also. And uh they have very passion about the food, about the quality of the food. And they create this restaurant. Authentic Italian restaurant. Legit European ambiance. Check. This is our pizza area and the unique. This is our pizza. This one is a long pizza and you can find only here. Yeah. So basically this is very unique for here. Plus we have a good paella. I know the Filipino like paella. Pa de laasa food explorers anganda ng presentation nila I’m super excited cuz this also reminds me of home way back in Zambonga my mom used to cook a lot of paellas so tika mhm rice is perfect and also guys mix parang Nasa surface well blended talaga [Music] pizza. So e to guys nil to three flavors an eto may my chicken eto nam man plain leaf mga cheese and then e to my herbs and spice. I think this is basil. Cheesing cheesy ng cross chewy hindi dry. Perfect. Metong pizza metro nila is actually inspired by the Italian flag. is first you green part which is pesto git is the white part which is the six cheese oh pork cheese lang dito six cheese hul naman is the red which is the pomodoro ayan try creamy baked roto oh my cheesy creamy Baked rotto buttery hearty in fairness. So mahilit sa rice paren bonga kuya. What is the meaning of this? Chocolate. Oh so chocolate po yung labas. Yung for chocolates. [Music] Best dessert ever guys. So parang may layer sha. So bottom layer is you can kilang moist chocolate cake and then my mousse sha on top of it. So brown light and fluffy. Drizzle lang p caramel which adds a bit of sweetness which is so so good guys as in [Music] dessert is a tiramisu. Oh my [Music] Wow. Wow. Maka Food Explorer. Something unique that I found here s Tony and Sergio is their Italian soda. I never knew Italian [Music] flavor mixed with carbonated drink and then whipped cream and so you can do it two ways my suspension sa baba or you can actually mix it so Ay kang brown sweet an so this is their peach Italian soda [Music] smack ang creamy vanilla peachy na soda ganun yung lasagna something I knowipino Go.
