Dining at Ufuya in Okinawa | Traditional Okinawan Restaurant in a 100-Year-Old House

[Music] So, right now we’re going to Ufuya. It’s a Okinawan restaurant. This is the This is the parking lot area. So beautiful today. [Music] That’ be cool if we can go up right there. Oh, I feel like I know where we are in the map. This is the trail. We got to hurry up because we got last order at 4, which is like 15 minutes. But look at this. Talking about you. Yeah. Don’t fall. Talking about her. Hey, hey, hey. Wow. It’s beautiful. Beautiful. This is the entrance toya. [Music] Now, imagine the hike back up though. I I was just the hike back up is going to be killer after that. We’re going to go eat and then holy moly. Let’s just order. You going to get some chubby chopper? What are you going to drink? Oh, I guess I’m driving. [Music] Oh, they have the pineapple in here. [Music] Wow, this place is so nice. It’s so beautiful. [Music] Dude, this is unreal. Like just eating right here. What? This place is so cool. Oh, you can get the set. Come on. There is literally we’re ginger over rice like a waterfall right behind us. Like come on. Oh yeah, we will. Oh yeah. So, we just ordered the [Music] soda, which is a uh soba with okon. And then Ella got the alco. We wanted the meal, but they ran out already. [Music] That looks good. [Music] Oh man, that was good. But you got to win the other side. Hit the camera. Hit the camera. You join the restroom. Mhm. Yeah. It was really nice. Really? Yeah. They had like a little slipper that you have to use to get out there. Yeah. They have a nice view in the restroom, too. They do. There’s a shrine near the restroom. Mhm. Mhm. Broth is so rich, so good. So like evenly balanced. Let’s going for some noodles. All right. Mhm. Quick time. Check out everything. I love the layout of this whole place. It’s like Mhm. Mhm. That’s good. The It’s like It’s a little bit buttery than you guys. It has more juiciness because of the sauce and has like it cabbage. Especially this is really good cuz of the sauce in it. So, it’s good. I don’t like this one though. Okay. Let’s try some of this rice over here. This Okinawan rice. Also, don’t be confused. This is Okinawan sobba. This is different from uh from like uh your traditional Japanese soba. Yeah, don’t get it twisted. Okinawan sobba is a lot thicker noodles. kind of messed up. I ate an oni giri before I came. Okay, I ate two oniri before I came, but I was hungry. This place is good though. Nice vibes if you’re here for if you’re coming here for a daytime. Highly recommend. [Music] [Music] I ate way too much food today. So, I need to go walk and burn this off. But in the meantime, check out this view. Nice cute place over here to the left. I don’t see a lot of people here, so I’m just going to leave cuz I feel like I shouldn’t be here in this area. Not even. Well, guys, this was a really nice place. Ufuya. Uh, what’s it called? Ufuya. I think it’s just Ufuya. Uhhuh. Place is really nice. It’s a good place to eat. It’s a nice, beautiful place. But my only complaint is the walk back after. GG’s.
