【超詳細レポート】沖縄ビーチ直結リゾートがこの価格!? リザンシーパークホテル谷茶ベイ宿泊Vlog
I’m currently traveling in Okinawa and on my way to the hotel where I’ll be staying tonight. The hotel I’ll be staying at today is the Rizzan Sea Park Hotel Tancha Bay. It’s a great value hotel for enjoying Okinawa’s summer. The hotel is located in Onna Village. It’s about a 70-minute drive on the Okinawa Expressway. I’ll be arriving soon. The origin of the hotel’s name is… “The name comes from the historic place name Riza, which means “seaside resort facility (Sea-Park)” and is apparently a combination of the local place name (Tanicha Bay). The hotel offers a wide range of marine activities, but the large public bath is also one of the attractions. We arrived at the hotel. The hotel is visible on the left. There is a parking lot across the national highway. The parking lot costs 500 yen per night and can accommodate 450 cars. Now we head to check in. It’s huge! There are 826 rooms in total. The accommodation fee for this trip was 26,780 yen, with a 6,000 yen discount with a coupon. We made the reservation through Jalan. The plan details were an ocean view deluxe room with breakfast and dinner included. There were also various plan benefits. We arrived at the hotel. Rizzan Sea Park Hotel Tancha Bay Approximately 70 minutes by car from Naha Airport Total number of rooms 826 rooms indoor pool and outdoor pool parking. Shisa. Let’s go now. Oh. It’s just a huge hotel. The car is also spacious. A rental bicycle. There was also an electric tuk tuk next to it. It is a tropical plant. I’ll go to the reception. Fresh flowers! . It has a tropical colour. Check-in is 2:00pm. The lobby is incredibly spacious. There are a variety of facilities in the hotel. Let’s take a look a little. There is a JTB lounge here. There was a Rakuten Lounge. Oh. There is a really lovely beach right in front of you. Let’s go and see the beach for now (^^). The beach is named at Lizan Sea Park Beach. This is a natural white sand beach with a total length of approximately 800m. There’s a gym here. It can be used for a fee. Game centers! . The game center is also large. There were a variety of models. The shop. There was a lot of apparel here. There was also dim sum and Cantonese cuisine. And there is also a convenience store. The convenience store is also big! . Let’s take a look later. And there was a kids’ club. This is a seaside restaurant At Tancha Bay. Dinner and breakfast are served buffet style. It has 430 seats and is quite spacious. We will be there tomorrow morning. Let’s go to the beach. It has a tropical feel. A nice atmosphere (^^). It’s an incredibly large beach! Even just strolling around is pleasant (^^). Looking at it like this, you can see the size of the hotel. This area is the swimming area. There are lifeguards on duty so it’s safe. Beach umbrellas and the like are charged. There are various activities available. We return to the hotel. We’ll have a BBQ for dinner tonight. It seems they also serve Okinawan cuisine. There is a restaurant across the street called Blue Lagoon. This is the main dining area of the hotel. And the Marine Counter There is a terminal. You can register for activities here. At the very back is the entrance to the indoor pool. It’s incredibly spacious. There is also a souvenir shop. I haven’t seen anything like it here before. Orion T-shirts were on sale. It’s about time to head to our room. I think I’ve pretty much introduced the hotel facilities here. The elevator hall was like a temple (^^). The corridors were also huge (^^). There was a service station. There were vending machines, a microwave and an ice maker. There was also a dryer and a washing machine. There is a fee. It seems that detergent can be used. This is our room for today. Let’s go in. Ocean View Deluxe Room Room size 40 square meters Capacity It accommodates 2-4 people. What kind of room is it? The furniture is classic, and it has an Asian resort feel. It’s 40 square meters, so it feels quite spacious. There’s plenty of space. The ceiling is also high. However, the only lighting is floor lamps, so it may feel dark at night. Each room has its own air conditioning. As for the view from this room, when I opened the curtains, I was greeted with a stylish view (^^). Let’s go out to the balcony. Wow. An ocean view. You can get a good view of the swimming area and the activities (^^). There’s also a SUP. Just looking at it from above looks fun (^^). It was cloudy and rainy today. I think we could have seen more spectacular views on sunny days. There are tables and chairs on the balcony. There was a clothesline space. After all, it was the right answer to the sea side (^^). Here we will introduce the rooms in more detail. Introduction to the facilities. We will return to the entrance and introduce you to you. The entrance area is like this. There was a big mirror. And there’s the luggage rack. There is a fridge. The refrigerator is 2-tiered and empty. On the lower row. It contained free mineral water. Above it is ice pail and a glass. Green tea, coffee. There was a teacup, a teacup and a kettle. Next to it is a closet. When I opened it, it looks like this inside. Below is a brush, shoehorn and shoe shine. Sandals. There is a security box. I don’t know what it’s meant but there was a sponge. And there’s a big writing desk. It can also be used as a dressing table. The chair has an Asian design. The desk light had a sense of Okinawa. There was an information magazine on my desk. It’s a TV though. You can view terrestrial digital and BS. Free WIFI speed. I was able to use it without any problems at 73Mbps. When I opened the drawer, I found nightwear inside . The bottom shelf contained laundry supplies . There were also some decorative accents . There was a relaxation space by the window, with a floor lamp. This is what it looked like when I turned it on. The sofa had soft cushions. I was able to sit comfortably. There were various guides on the table. Bicycle rentals were 220 yen for 30 minutes. About the bed: The bed size was approximately 110 cm wide and 195 cm long. It was quite large at 110 cm wide. The bed had ample cushioning. The pillows were cotton. The comforter was thin. There was a bedside table, a bed lamp, a telephone, a memo pad, a light switch, and a radio. About the bathroom: Next, the bathroom. This room had a unit bath. The mirror on the bathroom counter was large. There were various towels on the wall. On the counter were face and hand soap, cups, and amenities. Amenities included a toothbrush set, hairbrush, razor, cotton balls, and cotton swabs. The hair dryer was made by Tescom. About the bathtub: The bathtub was large and shallow. Because the bathtub can be slippery, there was a rubber mat. There was also a hand shower with adjustable water flow. Shampoos were provided, too. The toilet was a shower toilet with a bidet. It felt clean. The room, while a little worn, was well-maintained and clean. There ‘s a lot to do at this hotel, so I don’t think I’ll be in this room often. They offer a variety of activities, so it’s fun to look around . I received various tickets when I checked in. I’m off for a welcome drink now. I’ll be heading to the beach afterwards, so I’ll bring my swimsuit. Welcome drinks are served at Prashante Lounge on the second floor. There are artworks here and there. The Rakuten Travel customer lounge, which had previously closed, is now open. Is this it? It’s an open-feeling lounge. I secured a seat. You can drink from here. It’s an additional charge. This is the sweets buffet corner. Adults: ¥1,980 (tax included). There’s a wide variety of cakes. There’s a chocolate tower. There’s also Blue Seal (^^). There’s a wide selection of sweets. There’s also a make-your-own pancake corner. After a short break, I head to the beach. This is a shell craft shop where you can try your hand at crafting. Apparently , you can use as many shells and coral as you want. Prices start from 1,800 yen. We arrived at the beach. This is “Shimauta Beach Izakaya,” where they also perform Shimauta and sanshin live music. This is where you can rent swim rings and other items. Next, we headed to the changing room. The changing room was located in the indoor pool. This is an indoor heated pool where you can swim year-round. Lockers in the changing room cost 100 yen, so we needed to bring some coins. There was a ping-pong table and a children’s play area. There was a fee. Over there is “Rizan Adventure.” It costs 2,500 yen (tax included) for 90 minutes. A set of a parasol and two deck chairs costs 2,600 yen (tax included) for the whole day. Tomorrow is my first snorkeling experience, so I’ll practice my swimming. Which way? As we went further, it got quite deep. Maybe because it was cloudy, the water visibility wasn’t that great. I’m 173cm tall, but this is pretty close to the limit. I’m enjoying the Okinawan summer. I wonder if there are any fish. It’s been ages since I last swam. It’s so much fun. Next, I head to the outdoor pool. There are plenty of marine activities. I arrived at the outdoor pool. It’s huge. Let’s go to the other side. Resort! It really feels like a resort (^^). It’s almost dinner time, so I head back to my room. I was able to fully enjoy the Okinawan summer (^^). It seems they also offer tennis and golf activities. The view from here is exceptional (^^). There’s a lighthouse over there. That looks fun! It’s about time to head to the dinner venue. There’s art here too! There’s also this seaside restaurant, Tancha Bay. I could have chosen, but this time I’ll go for the BBQ. There’s a souvenir display window! For dogs! I wonder if they have my size… There are many shops inside the hotel. BBQ restaurant Ibis. It’s popular because it’s summer (^^). This time, dinner was included, so I got a ticket. The adult price is 4,928 yen. There’s a lot more to eat besides BBQ. Since it was hot outside, we decided to go indoors. There’s smoke ventilation. Let’s take a look. Around here are salads. There’s also Okinawan cuisine. They also have ear cartilage and vinegared mozuku seaweed. From here on, there are BBQ ingredients. Around here are seafood. Then there’s pork and chicken. There’s beef ribs and top sirloin. There were sausages, too. I guess this is rice-related. They have kimchi, bitter melon, and pickles. There was a corner where you could make your own Okinawa soba. And then there was the BBQ vegetable corner. These are condiments for the sauce. This is the dessert corner. Fruit. Bite-sized cakes. Jelly and warabi mochi. Cocktail fruit, nata de coco. There was also ice cream. And then there are drinks. This is the free drink section. From here on, there’s the paid section. Soft drinks and alcohol. All-you-can-drink. 100 minutes is 3,080 yen. The terrace seats look like this. Looks fun (^^). There were also resort-style drinks. I picked up a few! Seafood like scallops, shrimp, and squid . Okinawan dishes like jimami tofu and ear cartilage. Vinegared mozuku seaweed. Various meats. Vegetables, gochujang, garlic. I brought kimchi and bitter tuna dressing. There are sauces and condiments on the table. I keep grilling. It ‘s been a while since I had yakiniku. I often eat lean steak, but I have n’t eaten yakiniku much since I turned 50. But today I’m in a resort mood, so I’ll eat my fill (^^). Delicious! Seafood too. The squid is crunchy and delicious. Since we were indoors, it might have been yakiniku ^_^;. My wife brought a lot of meat. She grilled it frantically. It was delicious, but the flavor was monotonous, so it got boring. At times like that, I had Okinawan food as a palate cleanser . The sunset looked beautiful, so we went outside. The sunset through the clouds was beautiful (^^). There was a bonfire on the terrace, creating a nice atmosphere. My wife ate more than usual. The top sirloin was refreshing and the most delicious (^^). This was Okinawa soba for my wife ^_^;. The shredded egg was unusual. We ate way more meat than we could that day. We had dessert! Pineapple and sorbet. Vanilla ice cream and a bite-sized cake. Desserts are delicious after a meal (^^). We finished with coffee. It’s been a while since we’ve eaten more than we can (^^). Let’s go outside. The lights are on! It’s a resort at night ( ¨̮ ). As expected, the ocean was pitch black. It was a large hotel. I stopped by the souvenir shop. They also had a wide selection of T-shirts, including Kariyushi wear . Kariyushi means good luck. The live show was about to begin, so I headed there. The venue was the Tancha Stage on the second floor. There were two shows. I attended the 8:40 PM show, 10 minutes early, but it was almost full. The show started. The show lasted about 20 minutes and featured Eisa and Ryukyu dance. The Eisa was very impressive. And then there was my favorite, “Yotsutake.” “Yotsutake” is the name of a prop used in Okinawan Ryukyu dance. It’s the name of a dance performed using these props. It’s an elegant and beautiful dance. And finally, there was Kachashi. It was a really fun show (^^). Next, at my wife’s request, we went to a seaside izakaya. Seaside Izakaya Shimauta. There was also a live Shimauta and sanshin performance here. The interior had a beach hut feel. As for the menu, they had a variety of awamori. They also had a wide selection of Okinawan izakaya dishes. There were also a variety of dishes perfect for after-dinner dining. Here’s the drink menu: Orion draft beer for 1,067 yen. Brown sugar plum wine for 550 yen. They were delicious. I got a beer appetizer. A three-piece Okinawan platter: sea grapes, taco balls, and pickled plums in brown sugar. It was the perfect combination for a light meal. The atmosphere was great. We were having a fun Okinawan night. Of course, we ended with Kachashi. Of course, we ended with Kachashi. The fun live show came to an end. Next, we headed to the large public bath. It’s best to have a towel provided. There were a few people setting off fireworks. Before I knew it, almost everyone was gone from their rooms (^^). The last reception for the large public bath was at 10:30 PM. I had a complimentary ticket for my stay, but the large public bath requires an additional fee. There were beautiful photos lined up. I could see the indoor pool from here. It seems to get crowded in the evenings. Well, I’m off. The large public bath was much larger than I expected. It seemed like it could accommodate many people. The water was a little hot. It was surrounded by large glass windows. I could see the Japanese garden outside. This is the men’s bath. There was a sauna and a cold bath. The washing area was also spacious. Shampoo, conditioner, and body shampoo were provided. This large public bath had a luxurious feel. It felt extraordinary. The water was great. The post-bath area was also spacious. It was time to head back to my room. But before that, I stopped off at a convenience store. It was closed… They were open until 10:30. I’m looking forward to tomorrow’s breakfast. Even with just the floor lamp, it wasn’t too dark. The sound of the waves was soothing. I’m going to sleep now. Good morning. The ocean was so beautiful first thing in the morning. I’m off to breakfast now. The breakfast venue opens at 6:30. The plan offered a choice between the seaside restaurant “Tancha Bay” and the Japanese/Ryukyu cuisine restaurant “Shichifuku.” This time, I went to the seaside restaurant “Tancha Bay.” There was quite a long line. There are 430 seats, so you’re sure to find a seat somewhere. It’s a buffet, so let’s take a look around. Let’s start around here. There’s a sandwich-making section. This is where you can make roast beef bowls. There’s also a Chinese porridge section. And then there’s the bread section. The eggs were “Kugani Tamago” from Uruma City. There was a live omelet kitchen. This is the drink section . This area is for dessert . There’s also a section where you can make taco rice. Around here, there are various Okinawan dishes. Mozukuya. Miso soup. This is the salad section. They also have Chinese food. Crab shumai. The ponzu sauce was flavored with shekwasha. They had mapo tofu with yushi tofu. Each area has a plate, making it easy to understand. This is salad and Western food. This is the Japanese food section. There’s another bread section. They had pancakes here. You can choose from two types of sauce. We got a variety! This is for my wife and I. We managed to get a window seat. Unfortunately, it’s raining… This plate is mainly filled with Okinawan dishes, including roast beef. Hayashi rice. Chinese congee and miso soup. I ordered an omelet rice. The buffet has Japanese, Western, and Chinese dishes. There are so many options, it’s hard to choose (^^). I recommend taking a good look at everything before ordering. The roast beef was moist and delicious. The Okinawan dishes were especially delicious (^^). The omelet was freshly made and perfectly soft-cooked. It’s a shame about the rain. I was pretty full, so I only had a little. The bread was made by the hotel and was delicious. We finished with coffee. Thank you for the meal! It’s raining a little, but we’ll take a walk on the beach. The rain has stopped (^^). There’s a church over there, so let’s go and check it out. That’s the church. It’s Lisanne-le-Ange-Marie Church. It’s a stylish Spanish-style church. Further back, there was an observation deck. Since we were there, we decided to go down to the beach. It was a beautiful beach. Finally, we went to a convenience store. It was a Rizan convenience store. They had a great selection of alcohol. They had a huge variety of awamori. They also had a wide selection of daily necessities. They also had a wide selection of soft drinks. They even had Blue Seal. It wasn’t a convenience store, but a supermarket-like selection. They had souvenirs, too. You can find anything you want here (^^). I bought some to drink in the car on the way back. We returned to our room and prepared to check out. This was our last look at this view. Check-out. What did you think? The emerald green ocean was right in front of us. It was a great location. We could hear the waves crashing on the beach from our room. It really felt like a tropical resort (^^). They also had a great pool and activities. It was the perfect hotel to fully enjoy Okinawa’s summer. This time, it was 26,780 yen for two people, including breakfast and dinner. We had a reasonable stay in the middle of summer. Next time, I’d like to enjoy some marine activities. Thank you for watching. See you in the next video! I hope this video helps you choose a hotel.
