[Music] Hey guys, John here. Just want to give a quick shout out for our second channel, Kanto House. There we do a lot of home vlogs, tech content. I do a lot of guides on the Nintendo Switch, too, as well as house DIY setups. And Sarah also posts her cooking shorts on there. Please give us a subscribe. We’re trying to grow the second channel. And yeah, thanks again for watching. All right, we’re gonna go eat coobe beef. Yes, at Coobe Beef Ishida. We had a reservation for 600 p.m. dinner. It’s my time. Where’s Alan? It’s my time. All right, we’re in the heart of Senomia and going down a popular main street to our Wagyu shop. This is Ikuta Road. It’s kind of funny. You just pass by like so many Kobe Beef restaurants on this road. Oh, look. There’s another one. Is it second floor then? Second floor. Yeah. Beef Kashidita. Second floor. That’s where we have our reservation. Let’s go up. Hello. Got warm towels to start at. Smells good. I know. It’s really warm and good. We’re going to drink them in the air. Here is our chef’s place right here where we got hard power seats. And yeah, there’s some table seats are here, but this is just one of the branches they have. You’ll probably be placed on one of the three branches on the road. So excited to eat. Haven’t had Wagu in like 2 years, Tanyyaki style. And Alan’s going to eat two people’s portions cuz we’re going to share. I got the apricot. Mhm. Oh, I like it. Nice small. Yeah, it’s good. It’s like sweeter. M. And I have an umu soda. [Music] M. Wow. Appetizer. Hello. Go for it. Nice. Try the Try the Waggy beef appetizer. Mhm. Seems pretty good. [Music] Good. Cold. What’s the last one? Uh, sushi. Sushi. Oh, it’s like baked. Maybe like eel or something. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Looks like an eel or a white fish. Yeah. Nice. Oh, that beef is good. Really good appetizers. sharing the other appetizer cuz sadly our fourth member couldn’t join us today. But we’ll eat for her. We got the next dish. Chawamushi steamed egg. Looks really good. Give it a shot. Yeah, it looks good. Give it a shot. Good eggy. Oh, I like that. There you go. Bring us that A4 meat over there. Thank you. A5 [Music] All [Music] right. Gave us a little salad. It’s like a Caesar dressing with some carrot sauce. You see the carrot sauce? Yeah, you see the carrot sauce right there. Drop some give it a nice refreshing salad. Steak sizzling right there. Doing the A5 first. Sizzle that crosssection cut right there. [Music] There it is. The A5 portion is here. [Music] Thank you. I like Nice. Give it a shot first. Go for it, guys. Medium layer. Medium. Medium. A little bit of salt. [Music] Oh, is it melt in your mouth? Nice. All right, here we go. My first piece. It’s so fatty. M. Oh, that salt is good. Oh, that’s like melt in your mouth. That’s so good. Add a little garlic chip. A little bit of the salt on it. Look at it. You can eat rice and some soup. I like number one sea salt only. Number two. That’s really good. That’s really good. Number three. I like I like this garlic chip. Going to put the last one. This is so good. The A5. So fatty, so juicy. [Music] Nice. The vegetables all came out. Pumpkin, eggplant, zucchini, potato. A lot more vegetables than we’re used to seeing a cop beef steak. Oh, so cool. Give it a shot. So, she recommended a plant with the vinegar. So, let’s try that. I should wait for that. Very hot. Very hot. Very hot. We’ll try that later. Okay. Try something like a pumpkin. I’ll do it with this. Yes. Get the potato. Potato. Nice. Looks good. [Music] Zucchini. It’s cooked really well. I forgot the pepper was there. It blends into the plate. [Music] Nice. All the vegetables are pretty good. One more. Oh, it’s meat, but it’s actually a vegetable. Give it a shot. Yeah, it’s like a potato jelly. Mhm. Potato jelly. Jelly. I’m going to eat the eggplant first. be with high carol. Some vinegar. The eggplant. M. Grilled eggplant. Nice. Try the potato jelly now. It almost looks like steak. So, she recommended Oh, the texture is really different. It’s like jelly. No. Dang. I give this a shot myself. [Music] Oh, yeah. Bit of a [Music] to A4 now. Looks really good. Honestly, still has quite a lot of marble, too. Slices of the A4. Medium cooked as per her recommendation. Is that good? Some salt. Try the A4 now. Honestly, still fatty, still juicy. I feel like there’s only like a very slight difference. That’s still pretty good. All right, Sarah’s going to try the A4 now. A little bit of salt. Mhm. Thoughts versus A5? Yeah. You can barely tell the difference. It’s like still really fatty. It is subtle, but yeah, it’s really Yeah, it’s still really good. I mean, you can tell there is like a little less fat, but it’s still like really fatty. Yeah, I actually think A4 is pretty worth it for the price difference. Yeah, you’re still getting a really good Wagu. All right, our last full pieces. This is really heavy. Four. Oh, that’s good. I feel like this is a good amount of food for us. Yeah, cuz I’m getting full. For sure. Oh, do the stir fry. Like the fat, the fat, the bean sprout, salt, pepper. Good. I recommend the vinegar sauce. Very delicious. Bean sprouts with beef. Try the bean sprouts. Mhm. [Music] crunchy. Little bit of the fat, little bit of the meat. [Music] It’s kind of a palette cleanser, too. Oh, for sure. We need it. And that was of course finished. How we feeling? I wouldn’t be able to eat more than this. I’m like already full. I think I’m getting the meat sweats. Nice. Thumbs up. Thumbs up. Thumbs up. That’s pretty good. I recommend this for like your first Coobe Wagu experience if you haven’t experienced it yet. This is a good chain and they’re really nice. They gave us this little card and then this is like their like coo. Wow. I didn’t realize we’re getting stickers from this. Yeah, like sticker. Imagine if they had gotcha. You just had to come back and collect them all. That would be genius marketing tactic. Yep. Definitely come a coobe beef isa. That’s so good. Wow, look what they brought out for a 2year engagement anniversary. Well, they brought matcha normally, but look, look how they drew it so nicely. I know. They hand drew this with the chocolate. It’s like a cake. We got some ice cream, some blueberries. Then I don’t know if this is like the normal dessert or like they just like have it with it, but Oh, that’s awesome. Oh, their spoon is interesting. [Music] Cake strawberry flavor. Try the ice cream. Oh, it is hard. Straight from the freezer. Nice. Let me try. All righty. Get some of that cake. [Music] It’s like strawberry ice cream. You like the kiwi? Oh, there’s a kiwi. Heck yeah. Kiwi. [Music] Good light dessert to end it on. Yes. All right. That was really good. Highly recommend it. All right. This will be a goodbye for Alan. Goodbye. Goodbye vlog. Mashta. All right. [Music]
