I have always been intrigued by this style of eggs on fried rice.
I'm also one of the people who dont like the smell of spoiled or raw eggs.
This type of eggs looks very under cooked and unappealing in taste.
If you have tried this type of omurice then how is it?

Almost everyone has had overcooked eggs. Especially scrambled.
In most professional settings, scrambled eggs are “wet”.
Its fine to eat them firm if thats how you like it. But you can, and will get more “egg” flavor if you prepare them “wet”
It’s not “undercooked”, it’s cooked just perfectly to the point when the taste is just perfect.
Who do so many people online (mostly Americans I believe) freak out about runny eggs so much? I don’t really get it, do you make your steaks and sashimi well done as well? Cooking the eggs solid just removes lot of taste and nice texture.
It’s a French omelette sliced down the center to open it up
This fluffy omurice is loved by many people in Japan. Because eating raw eggs is common in Japan, we Japanese may have a different view of omurice. After all, the eggs sold in Japan are safe to eat raw.
Runny/soft is not raw.
They taste delicious.
